Is fermentation safe?
Yes. Lacto-fermentation is one of the oldest and safest food preservation methods. The salt and anaerobic environment create lactic acid, which drops the pH below 4.6 — inhospitable to harmful pathogens. Properly salted vegetable ferments have an excellent safety record.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open your iPhone Settings, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions, find Ferment, and tap Cancel Subscription. You will keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I delete my data?
Open Ferment, go to Settings, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. This permanently removes all your batch data, notes, and account information.
What devices are supported?
Ferment requires iOS 18.5 or later on iPhone.
